Welcome to JoyWin Bet (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JoyWin Bet. By using our website or mobile app, you confirm that you agree to and accept all of these terms.

- These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification
To register with JoyWin Bet, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture.
- During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
- Keep your account password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory. The following documents must be submitted before making a withdrawal:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement, no older than 3 months)
- Proof of Payment Method (screenshot of card or bank account)
JoyWin Bet reserves the right to verify any account. Providing false information will result in account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
JoyWin Bet supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:
- The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method — see the cashier page for full details.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of receipt — though this timeframe is reduced once KYC verification is complete.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Warning: Withdrawals cannot be made using bonus balance. Funds can only be withdrawn as real money after the wagering requirements have been met.
4Bonus & Promotion Terms
JoyWin Bet offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for its players. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.
- Welcome Bonus: Awarded on your first deposit. Withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
- Cashback Bonus: Awarded based on a specified loss amount. Typically issued on a weekly basis.

- Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a reward.
General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per IP address, device, household, and bank account.
- Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
- If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Some games do not contribute — or only partially contribute — toward bonus wagering.
5Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting at JoyWin Bet:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.
- For Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final.
- Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time of bet submission are final.
- If unusual betting patterns are detected, JoyWin Bet reserves the right to investigate the account.

6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JoyWin Bet and will result in immediate account closure:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
- Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Betting using automated software or bots
- Selling or transferring your account to another person
- Hacking or Unauthorized Access Attempts on the Platform
- Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other players
JoyWin Bet reserves the right to take legal action against anyone involved in prohibited activities. Relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities.
7Account Closure & Suspension
JoyWin Bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Failure to Submit KYC Documents
- Suspicious Betting Patterns
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months)
- At the user's own request (voluntary closure)
You may close your account at any time upon request. Any existing balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.
